Service Description
Book the Council Grove Trail Trolley for your next event. We book by the hour, $100 for the first hour and $75 for each additional hour, and require a $100 deposit to hold your date. Your deposit is refunded within 7 days after your event, as long as the Trolley is left in a clean and unharmed condition. Deposits will be kept if extra cleaning or repairs are required. The Council Grove Trail Trolley is only available within a 50-mile radius of Council Grove, KS, and cannot be taken on gravel roads. If you have any questions, please contact our office prior to booking at information@councilgrove.com or call 620.767.5413. When booking you will only pay your deposit. You must visit or call our DESTINATION : Council Grove office to pay your balance prior to your event. We are located at 116 West Main Street, Council Grove, KS 66846. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us 7 days in advance, or your deposit will not be refunded. The Council Grove Area Trade & Tourism Association is not responsible for damaged property or weather issues. Alcohol may be brought aboard with driver permission, and must be kept behind the marked line. Please respect our trolley driver's personal space and rules. Thank you in advance.
