Zoey has been with the Council Grove Area Trade & Tourism Association since October of 2021. Since coming aboard Zoey, along with the CGAT&TA board of directors, staff, and committee members, have completely restructured and revitalized the organization.

Zoey is the current president of the Flint Hills Tourism Coalition, an advocate for the non-profit entrepreneurial advocacy organization, Right to Start. She proudly lives on Main Street in Council Grove with her fiancé, Jon, and two young sons, Truman and Archer. In her free time, she gardens, shops and dines locally, and watches cooking shows and movies with her family.

Margaret Wyatt
Council Grove Experience Expert
After a long history of living and working in the Flint Hills of Kansas, Margaret started with the Council Grove Area Trade & Tourism Association in January of 2023.
Margaret and her husband, Jim, moved to the area in 19??. Margaret is an Alta Vista resident and known in our community for her warm smile, commitment to hard work, and friendly, helpful nature.
Margaret is a constant at our DESTINATION : Council Grove office, welcoming visitors and members daily to Council Grove. She oversees our Trolley program, our in-house brochures, and the office’s day-to-day needs. If you call us, she’s the friendly voice on the other end of the line, ready to help you with anything and everything Council Grove and Morris County, Kansas related.
At 89 years-young, Margaret is an inspiration to our community. She works out daily at the Council Grove Life Center, and spends her nights and weekends welcoming guests to The Cottage House Hotel. She hosts monthly poetry readings and/or kids’ activities there, and loves Sunday drives through the Flint Hills.
