Our area is very fortunate to have so much history with authentic locations and historical sites. A dedicated group of volunteers making up the Morris County Historical Society help maintain and research historical sites and records.
The Morris County Historical Society is your resource for information on the history of Morris County. An extensive library of books and other resources is located in the basement of the Carnegie Library, on the corner of Main Street and Mission Street. The library is open Monday and Wednesday from 1 p.m.- 4 p.m.
