I am looking for information on place I lived when I was child druing the mid to late 60's, near Council Grove. At the time it was called Fox Creek Ranch. I am planning a trip to the area this spring and would love to take my children by there. I have such fond memories of the place and the old house. There would have been a main ranch house and then ranch hand house, which we lived in. There was a creek nearby as I remeber playing near it as a child. I have tried to search under Fox Creek Ranch but found nothing. Please can anyone help?

I am hunting for an army buddy who lived in Council Grove before entering the army. His name was Lee D. Mann. I recall that his parents had a farm outside of town. We visited Council Grove in the summer of 1959, riding up from Fort Leonardwood, Missouri with some friends. Coincidentally, we ended up in the same outfit in Germany, the 620th Engineers, near Karlsruhe. If someone knows of Lee and/or his whereabouts, please drop me a line.
